Wooden Ornament Crew
Location: Hostess House 2nd Floor
This shift is for the wooden ornament crew—collecting payments, keeping the area clean, helping kids while parents are browsing, refilling paints, changing paint water, and helping with anything else this area may need. This shift is from 5:45 PM to 9:00 PM.
Other Ways to Help
Location: Hostess House & Community
This option is for all other inquiries—donating treats for the refreshment table, donating food for Christmas morning meals, church groups interested in singing, baking gingerbread cookies for Mrs. Claus to hand out, or anything else you’d like to offer or ask about.
Event Photography Crew
Location: Hostess House – Throughout Event & Santa Area
This shift is for photographers interested in documenting the event—taking Santa photos, and during his breaks capturing everything happening around the venue. When you submit your interest, you may include the rate you would charge for your services.
Location: Hostess House – Vendor Area & Gift Wrapping
This opportunity is for vendors interested in setting up a booth to sell items in the vendor area. A gift-wrapping section will be included with purchases or with a donation to the foundation.
